At Oxyagap, we build handcrafted natural solid wood tables and we stand behind every piece. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how we’ll help. These terms apply to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Policy Overview

You may request a return within 30 days from the day your table is delivered. If the issue is our fault—such as damage in transit, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item—we cover return shipping at no cost and provide a prepaid label. If you’re returning for personal reasons like a change of mind or fit, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. There is no re-import fee for international returns within the covered regions.

General Conditions for Returns

  • Product condition: Item must be new, unused, unassembled, and unaltered.
    Evidence of use (e.g., scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, drill holes, added hardware, finish touch-ups, or any modifications) makes the item ineligible.

  • Original packaging: Keep all original packaging—foam inserts, corner protectors, hardware packs, tools, manuals, and accessories.
    If you no longer have it, secure repacking is your responsibility.

  • Proof of purchase: A valid order number or invoice is required for all requests.

  • Assembly status: Tables that have been fully assembled, installed, glued, or had bases attached and adjusted for level are not eligible, unless we verify a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  • Materials & use: Our tables are crafted from kiln-dried hardwoods and designed for daily residential/studio use.

Applicability: These conditions apply in all ten supported countries listed above.

Returns We Cover (Our Fault)

We will make it right if your table arrives damaged, shows a genuine manufacturing defect, or is not the model, size, or finish you ordered. Typical transit issues include crushed corners, cracked tops, and chipped finishes. Manufacturing defects may include poorly aligned joinery, panels that exceed acceptable flatness tolerances, unstable bases, or hardware that cannot be properly seated.

When we’re at fault, return shipping is free and, where available, we can help arrange a carrier pickup. You may choose a replacement—subject to stock and lead times—or a full refund. If you paid a shipping fee at checkout, that fee is also refunded in these cases. Carrier options can vary by destination, but the remedy remains the same across all covered countries.

Returns at Your Request (Change of Mind)

If a table doesn’t suit your space, finish, or style, you can return it within 30 days provided it remains unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and those costs are not refundable. We will inspect the return for condition and completeness; once it passes inspection, we refund the product price. Original outbound shipping, if any, is not included in the refund for change-of-mind returns.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are not eligible for return. Gift cards—digital or physical—are final sale. Clearance or final-sale items are not returnable. Any table that has been used, assembled, installed, or modified cannot be accepted. Custom or made-to-order tables—such as special dimensions, custom edge profiles, unique stains or finishes, inlays or carvings, or non-standard base specifications—are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Begin by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] or reach us through the Contact Us form with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return. If the table is damaged or defective, include clear photos or a short video of the affected area and the packaging (inside and outside). We will respond with instructions within one to two business days and, when the issue is ours, we will include a prepaid return label.

When you are ready to send the item, re-pack all components with the original foam and corner protectors so the top and base cannot move in transit. If your original carton is unavailable, use a strong, shock-resistant box and adequate padding to prevent impact or abrasion. Refund Timing and Method

Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we process your refund within seven business days. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method, including credit card and PayPal. If you prefer store credit, let us know when you initiate the return. Your bank or card provider may require up to seven additional business days to post the funds.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. If your return meets the eligibility criteria and passes inspection, you will receive the refundable amount in full.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically prepared for shipment in one to two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Estimated transit times are five to six business days within the United States, six to eight business days across Europe and the United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT), and seven to ten business days to Canada and Australia. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are usually processed the same business day; orders confirmed later begin processing the next business day.
